IOMBA’s mission is to educate and empower a new generation of change-makers who will play influential and leading roles in the international community’s response to social and economic challenges.

What you will learn

The IOMBA is a one year full-time MBA program with a cutting-edge curriculum at the intersection of business and international public affairs with 24-modules spread across 3 building blocks of knowledge for agents of change:

• Introduction to International Organizations & NGOs
• International Economics
• Social Entrepreneurship
• Financial Accounting
• Management Consulting in International Organizations

Our Faculty

Classes are small, which enhances participation and interaction with our faculty who are leading practitioners and academics from all over the world. We are fortunate to have teachers from the following organisations and institutions leading our courses:

University of Geneva, Harvard, UNAIDS, World Economic Forum, ILO, Berkeley, Oxford, The Global Fund and others.

MBA Project & Practicum

The program requires a three-month practicum after completion of the academic requirements in June. The practicum accounts for 20% of the MBA final grade and it provides an opportunity for you to gain valuable work experience in applying your new knowledge.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a new career experience through an internship, or you can do your report on the first 3-months of your new job in Geneva, or anywhere else in the world.
